Who should attend the monthly meetings?
Board: Fifth District Officers, Council Presidents, and Out-of-Council Unit Presidents
Association: All PTA Officers and guests. Only PTA members are eligible to vote on PTA matters.
If the Council or Unit President is unable to attend, a representative must attend these meetings.
Meetings Begin at 10:00 AM – Please join Zoom 5-10 minutes early, or arrive 15 minutes early for in-person meetings
Reporting Councils: Council Presidents; Please email a copy of the report to the District President, President@FifthDistrictPTA.org, and the District Secretary, Secretary@FifthDistrictPTA.org. You will read your report at the meeting.
